Junk Removal in Parker

Parker leaves waste entirely to the private market. The Town says plainly that trash and recycling aren't Town services, which means there's no bulk pickup program waiting to take the couch off your hands.

We do — not the curb

The Town of Parker is unambiguous: trash disposal and recycling are not Town services. The Town's own page for services provided by others lists trash pickup as something you arrange with a private company or through your HOA.

That means there is no Town bulk pickup. No annual cleanup day for furniture, no five-items-at-the-curb program, no municipal backstop for the chest freezer in the garage.

One practical warning: there are look-alike sites for Parker circulating online that make claims about contracted haulers and bulk-item programs that the Town's actual site contradicts. The Town's real site is parkerco.gov. If you're checking a rule, check it there.

What Parker actually generates

Parker is newer, bigger-lot suburban and semi-rural stock. Large homes, three-car garages, finished basements, a lot of HOA subdivisions, and — out toward the east and south — properties with acreage, outbuildings, barns, and equipment.

That mix produces two different kinds of calls.

The suburban one: a garage, a basement, a bonus room, a storage room over the garage. Large volume in a newer house, usually a relocation or a "we finally admitted we're never using this" clear-out.

The acreage one: an outbuilding, a barn, a burn pile that shouldn't be a burn pile, old fencing, pallets, scrap lumber, a dead riding mower, a shed's worth of accumulated equipment. Bigger, dirtier, and genuinely a different job.

We do both. The acreage work is where owning our own trailers matters most — there's no version of that job that fits in a single pickup load.

What we run in Parker

Junk removal and cleanouts — garages, basements, outbuildings, estates, rental and relocation turns. Furniture and appliance removal out of finished basements and bonus rooms. Construction and remodel debris. Heavy material from patio, driveway, and landscape work, priced by weight.

Old fencing is a steady one out here — Parker's larger lots mean a lot of split rail, wire, and wood fence that eventually comes down. The sibling company Frontier Fence Work builds the new one; we haul the old one off. (Worth knowing before you plan a replacement: Parker restricts residential chain-link, so the old fence may not be replaceable in kind.)

Get a quote and tell us whether it's a house job or an acreage job — they scope very differently.

What the city does — and doesn't

Parker doesn't provide trash — or bulk pickup.

The Town of Parker states that recycling, and general trash disposal, are not services provided by the Town. Its own "services provided by others" page lists trash pickup as something residents arrange with private companies or through their homeowners' association. There's no Town bulk or large-item collection program, and no annual cleanup day for furniture and appliances.

  • Trash and recycling are explicitly not Town of Parker services.
  • Residents arrange service with a private company or through their HOA.
  • No Town bulk or large-item pickup program.
  • Bulky-item terms are set by whichever hauler you or your HOA uses.
  • Watch out for unofficial look-alike sites — parkerco.gov is the Town's actual site.

Programs change. Everything above was verified against Town of Parker — Recycling, but confirm the current schedule, limits, and cost with the Town of Parker— and with your HOA or your hauler if you have one — before you count on it. We'd rather you use a free city program that fits than pay us for something you didn't need.

Parker junk removal questions

Does the Town of Parker pick up large items?
No. The Town states that trash disposal and recycling are not Town services, and there's no Town bulk or large-item pickup program. Service comes from a private hauler you or your HOA contracts.
I read that Parker has a contracted hauler with bulk pickup. Is that right?
Be careful where you read it. There are unofficial look-alike sites for Parker that contradict the Town's own pages. The Town's actual site is parkerco.gov, and it says trash and recycling aren't Town services. Check there.
Can you clear an outbuilding or barn on acreage?
Yes, and it's a regular Parker job. Old fencing, pallets, scrap lumber, dead equipment, and years of shed accumulation. Owning our own trailers is what makes that work — it never fits in one pickup load.
Will you haul off my old fence?
Yes. Split rail, wire, wood panels, and posts. If you're replacing it, note that Parker restricts residential chain-link, so plan the new fence before you assume you can match the old one.
Do you handle relocation clear-outs?
Often — Parker sees a lot of them. We can work to a closing date, clear what's staying behind after the movers are done, and leave the house empty and swept.
